After Reading reviews I had booked this guest house through make my trip I had booked this place for two nights in Shanti heights name building firstly the location is very much far from highway the building in which this so called apartment is there is not good they have converted to two flats in guest house and location and locality not good . . The guest house care taker #AMOL gives you the keys and get disappear the rooms are not clean for many days no proper blankets pillows and bed sheet at time of check in he gave me 2 Local brand mineral bottle we thought it is complimentary as every time we go to any hotel we do get but at time of check out he started asking money usually check out time is 12 ever we’re this guy start running behind you from morning 8am only. This place is full of crockroach all around the guest house. I will seriously will not recommend this guest house to any family going people and also short business people going to MIDC. Also like to request MMT to seriously look into this matter and think before posting on there site.

We had booked family room. However there was some confusion and the management apologized and then shifted is into a family apartment. The apartment was quite good. Rooms I was not happy with. Quite reasonable. Good staff.

The rooms are clean. The caretaker Amol is very helpful . I guess if you are on a business trip nearby MIDC Ambad. It is a good option. No food or restaurant, but the caretaker can get it for you. It is in a society apartment so one needs to be mindful. VFM

This is a very economical option for those who are averse to hotel ambiance. It is situated at a distance from the bus & train station, so can be inconvenient in that aspect, but otherwise, it is a serene place to stay in Nashik. The staff is very decent and polite. Can't say much about the food as couldn't try it as such. But as far as accommodation is concerned, it's a decent option.

Very nice place for a peaceful stay like being at our home. The rooms are very cleanly maintained. Overall, the hospitality which they extend, people are very courteous and service minded. Would recommend any body not to have a second thought to choose this property.....
